An engine is above all about air. A performance intake makes it easier for that air to reach the engine: throttle response becomes sharper and the intake sound more present.

A complete intake kit on a car, a sports air filter on a motorcycle: together with a suitable exhaust, it's one of the foundations of Stage 2.

We choose it with you and fit it at our centre in Luxembourg.

What is it?

The air intake brings outside air to the engine through the air filter (housed in the airbox on a motorcycle). A performance intake replaces the original filter or housing with a less restrictive setup, often with a washable, reusable filter. To get the most out of it, the engine map needs to be adapted.
