I put my CX into the hands of the BRP some two weeks ago. I can only say, that positive reviews you can find are true. I was really happy with the friendly approach, care and competence of the BRP team. Also, the price for the re-map was fair. After 2weeks of driving, car feels much more willing, and pulls strongly in a wider rev-range. When the power is needed, put your foot down and things happen immediately. Very little hesitation. I also get enough pull from up to 4500rpm and do not have to trash the engine to the red line to get the progress I want. MPG is little higher than before, but I blame my more enthusiastic driving style after the re-map :) it is just much more fun. BRP can be totally recommended.
